CAPS Conferences for 10th and 11th graders will be held on Monday, March 13th. Please make every effort to attend your student’s conference at the allotted time. Appointments should take around 15 minutes to complete. If you do not attend your conference you will be marked absent for the day and will need to turn in a parent note.

BHS Parents: 10th and 11th Grade Students: Today your student selected their courses for next school year. They also received an Appointment Time Sheet for CAPS Day on March 13th. The Appointment Time Sheet is due back to the main office by 3:30 tomorrow (2/14/23). Please select three time slots that would be convenient for you and your student to attend on this day. A diaper drive battle between three schools in Saline County: Benton, Bauxite and Harmony Grove will be February 6-10. The school with the most diapers donated based on student body percentage will have a representative from that school wear a diaper for an entire school day on February 14th! Benton's representative is our very own principal, Mr. Barger! The winner of the diaper drive will be announced on Monday, February 13th, the day before Valentine’s Day. BHS is also making this a competition between each class. You will see a box for sophomores, juniors and seniors in the glass case for the diaper drive. Bring any size, quantity or brand of diapers before school only to the representative at the glass case. The class that brings the most diapers will also get out 5 minutes early for lunch to snap a quick picture with Mr. Barger on February 14th. All proceeds will go to The Call, a local organization that mobilizes local churches to serve saline counties youth placed in foster care. Your donation is greatly appreciated.
