Congratulations to Tanner Holden and Kaleb Marshall for being named National Merit Semifinalists! We commend them for this prestigious accomplishment! Today officials of National Merit Scholarship Corporation announced the names of more than 16,000 Semifinalists in the 69th annual National Merit Scholarship Program. These academically talented high school seniors have an opportunity to continue in the competition for some 7,140 National Merit Scholarships worth nearly $28 million that will be offered next spring. To be considered for a Merit Scholarship award, Semifinalists must fulfill several requirements to advance to the Finalist level of the competition. About 95 percent of the Semifinalists are expected to attain Finalist standing, and approximately half of the Finalists will win a National Merit Scholarship, earning the Merit Scholar title.

Please plug your MacBooks up to an electrical outlet and fully charge them before school starts on Monday morning! If you did not receive a MacBook or were not able to login to a MacBook during registration, we will help you with this issue during the first week of school.

It's GRADUATION DAY! Graduation ceremonies will take place in Little Rock at the UALR Campus in the Jack Stephens Center at 6pm.
