COVID-19 INFORMATION

Students who test positive for COVID will need to isolate for 5 days and a mask is recommended for the following 5 days.  Quarantine is not required for exposure.  

A picture of the positive test with the students name and date the test was taken or a doctor note will be required for an excused absence.   

IMMUNIZATIONS

To be considered compliant with Arkansas State Board of Health Rules and Regulations pertaining to immunization requirements, we must have proof of the following vaccines:

  • DTAP- at least 4 doses- one dose has to be on or after 4th birthday.

  • Polio (IPV)- at least 3 doses- one dose has to be on or after 4th birthday.

  • MMR – 2 doses.

  • Varicella - 2 doses or a letter from a medical professional stating history of disease 

  • Hepatitis B - 3 doses.

  • Hepatitis A - 2 doses.

  • Tdap - required for any student age 11 or older by September 1 of the current year.

  • MCV4 - dose 1 needed before entering 7th grade. Dose 2 is required at age 16 by September 1 of the current calendar year.
