Save the date!! CAPS conferences are coming up on March 16th.
All students are expected to attend their scheduled conference time with a parent or guardian. These conferences provide an opportunity to discuss course selections for next year and plan for future success.
Conference times will be sent at a later date.

Middle schoolers can take care of their hearts in fun and simple ways! Staying active during PE and recess, choosing healthy snacks, drinking plenty of water, and getting enough sleep all help keep hearts strong. Managing stress by taking breaks, talking to trusted adults, and practicing kindness toward others also makes a big difference.
