đââïžđ Our 6th-grade math students took their learning outside the classroom today! As part of their IM Unit 2, Lesson 9 activity, students worked in pairs to time each other walking or running a set distance to explore constant speed.
They collected data, calculated their speeds, and discovered how distance and time are proportional when moving at a steady pace. đĄ It was an awesome way to connect math to real-world movement â and enjoy some fresh air while learning! đ€ïž
