Make plans to join us for some Halloween fun with our baseball team! Monday, October 30th at 6:30 the Baseball Team will be hosting the 3rd Annual Trick or Treat on the Turf. No fee to attend, however we will be taking donations of granola bars, peanut butter crackers, and Vienna sausages for our food pantry with Bright Futures.

Pay to Play Fundraiser - Our UPTO sponsors Pay to Play each year. Students can bring up to $1 to "pay" for an additional recess on Friday, Sept 22. All money raised stays at HP to support our students.


One of our Panthers needs our help. This is Samantha. She is a 10 year student at Caldwell Elementary. Samantha’s leukemia has recently relapsed. Her best chance for a cure is a bone marrow or stem cell transplant.
It only take a few minutes and just a swab of the cheek to see if you could be a LIFESAVING match for Samantha or others in need. There will be a Swabbing for Samantha event this Saturday.

First Grade Music Program will be Thursday, May 11th from 6:00 - 6:30. Come see the last musical of 2022-2023!


Mrs. Elkin will host the Howard Perrin Art Show Tuesday, May 2nd from 3:00 - 6:00 in the HP Gym. Each student's art will be represented as well as class art projects.

Read-A-Thon is going strong! Our students are readers! Thank you to all who are sponsoring our students and donating to our school. We are on our way to being able to purchase new, not rusted, playground equipment!


Did you know that September is HUNGER ACTION MONTH nationwide and is the beginning of the 2022 peanut butter drive? Each of our schools will be collecting jars of peanut butter throughout the month. The school that collects the most peanut butter will receive a trophy and bragging rights for the year! All peanut butter collected goes directly to a Saline County food pantry.


Happy First Day of School! Parents may walk students to class today only. We know it's tough, but we need to get into the groove as soon as possible, and make sure we are keeping our building safe.

This is FREE for all Benton students 18 and younger.
