Caldwell Story: Growing…to Infinity and Beyond! 🚀✨
September at Caldwell
What a month September has been! Our Caldwell Story continues to grow, and we have so much to celebrate.
⭐ Celebrating an A!
Caldwell received an A rating from the Arkansas Department of Education again this year, earning recognition as an Arkansas Gem School and placing in the Top 5% of Achievement in Arkansas. This accomplishment is a reflection of the hard work of our students, teachers, staff, and families. We are incredibly proud of the growth happening at Caldwell!
❤️ Grandparents’ Day
We loved welcoming grandparents and special guests to Caldwell for our Grandparents’ Day Breakfast! Our building was filled with smiles, hugs, conversations, and special memories. Thank you to everyone who joined us and helped make the morning so special.
📚 Learning Everywhere!
September was full of hands-on learning and fun. Students have been:
Exploring new types of lines and building skills that support letter formation.
Tracking their own academic and behavior growth and setting goals.
Practicing context clues while moving and learning.
Learning about animal classification through a virtual zoo experience.
Learning Spanish greetings with help from Benton High School students.
Taking learning outside and enjoying the beautiful fall weather.
Learning about electrical safety through a special visit and magic show.
Celebrating learning with activities like 2nd Grade Potato Olympics!
We love seeing our students growing, learning, and taking ownership of their learning each day.
🎨 Color Run Excitement
We kicked off the excitement for our October 9 Color Run with a fun-filled pep rally! Staff raced around the gym, one lucky parent became an ice cream sundae, and our students got a preview of the fun ahead. More information has been sent home, so be sure to mark your calendar!
