April is recognized nationwide as Month of the Military Child, as established by the U.S. Department of Defense in 1986. In Arkansas, school districts engage in a variety of activities of their own choosing to celebrate Month of the Military Child. Because of the closure of schools in Arkansas to combat the COVID-19 pandemic, we will be sharing some activities each week in April on social media.
