On September 12th, the 9th grade volleyball team played in the Conway Tournament. They played Cabot South, Jonesboro, Fort Smith Southside, Bryant, and Cabot North winning the Silver Bracket. Charlee Mizell did a great job carrying her team setting smoothly all day. Defensive efforts came from Keyonna Russell and Brinkley Nixon on the back row. Caroline Stearns, Mackenzie Roberts, and Harper Steele took care of business on the front row with blocking and hitting. The team is half way through conference play right now and will go to Conway on Sep 28 to start the 2nd round of conference matchups.
