Benton High School is proud to celebrate five seniors who have been named National Merit Scholarship Semifinalists! Congratulations to Maggie Zhang, Alizon Padron, Ryne Lewallen, Thomas Gilliland, and Abdalrahman Abdalrahman on this incredible accomplishment. This prestigious recognition is awarded to students who demonstrate exceptional academic achievement and rank among the highest-scoring students in the nation on the PSAT/NMSQT.
Being named a Semifinalist is an incredible accomplishment and places these students among a select group of high school seniors across the country. They will now have the opportunity to continue in the National Merit Scholarship competition and work toward becoming National Merit Finalists and earning scholarship opportunities.
We are incredibly proud of these students for their hard work, dedication, and academic success. Congratulations to our five outstanding Panthers on this well-deserved achievement!
