Julie Roark - principal of Caldwell Elementary

Benton School District is proud to announce Julie Roark as the new principal of Caldwell Elementary School.

With 30 years of experience in education, Ms. Roark returns to Benton with a strong background in classroom instruction, literacy development, and educational leadership. Her career includes 21 years serving students as a classroom teacher and literacy specialist, followed by nine years in school administration.

A graduate of Ouachita Baptist University, Ms. Roark also earned advanced degrees from Harding University and Arkansas State University. Throughout her career, she has remained committed to creating supportive learning environments where students can grow academically, socially, and emotionally.

District leaders are excited to welcome Ms. Roark back to Benton Schools and look forward to the experience and leadership she will bring to the Caldwell Elementary community.
