A rated school district

The Benton School District is proud to announce that it has earned an A rating from the Arkansas Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (ADE) β€” an achievement reached by only 8% of schools statewide.

This distinction reflects the hard work and dedication of Benton’s teachers, staff, students, and families. The rating measures multiple factors of academic success and school quality, including student achievement, growth, and readiness.

β€œWe’re extremely proud of this accomplishment,” said Superintendent Dr. Chris Nail. β€œIt’s a reflection of the daily excellence that happens across our district β€” from our classrooms to our cafeterias, from teachers and staff to parents and students. Our people make the difference.”

Benton School District remains committed to serving all students and meeting their individual needs β€” preparing them for success in college, career, and military service. The district continues to focus on providing every child with the tools and opportunities to thrive both in and beyond the classroom.

While the A rating is an exciting milestone, district leaders emphasize that it represents much more than a single score. It’s a testament to the culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence that defines Benton schools.
