This rating is based on student achievement, academic growth for all students, and growth among students who are furthest behind their peers. Earning an “A” for the SECOND consecutive year is a tremendous accomplishment and reflects the commitment of our students, the dedication of our teachers and staff, and the continued support of our families and community. ❤️

💎 For the FIRST TIME, Mountain View Elementary has been recognized as a 2025–2026 Arkansas Gem School! 💎
MVES earned statewide recognition for:
⭐ Ranking in the top 6–10% statewide for overall student achievement
⭐ Ranking in the top 6–10% statewide for overall student growth
⭐ Strong academic achievement and student growth in English Language Arts
⭐ Strong student achievement in Mathematics
And as part of this outstanding recognition, Mountain View Elementary earned $40,493.74 in recognition funds! 🎉
These accomplishments represent so much more than ratings, rankings, and numbers. They represent students who worked hard, teachers and staff who showed up every day determined to help every child grow, and families who continually supported and encouraged us along the way.
